Egusi soup
Cooked rice
Seasoning cube
Crayfish
Salt
Instructions
Place your leftover rice in a pot.
Add Egusi soup, seasoning cube, a little ground crayfish and salt.
Add 1-2 tablespoons water and stir.
Cover and steam on medium-low heat until dry. Taste and correct seasoning.
Notes
The amount of seasoning, crayfish and salt you use, depends on the taste of your egusi soup.
